發明家暨博學博士李寶玲牧師，深感現今神兒女雖身披基督的外衣，內裏卻是被壓制及至貧窮殘缺不全，所以由聖經啟發出罪人悔改自潔、和被潔之後就能成為聖潔的器皿才能得到祝福。因此首創披麻蒙灰認罪悔改除罪系統，以聖經為基礎重新出發，並耶穌基督聖靈為中保，來幫助普天下神兒女脫離罪惡綑綁，突破生命困境，進入五穀新酒油豐盛之美地，恢復神兒女榮美身份，建造耶穌基督的身體。

Rev. Dr. Pastor Pauling Lee deeply felt that nowadays although the children of God wear the cloak of Christ outside, they are suppressed and impoverished inside. Therefore, the Bible inspires sinners to repent and purify themselves and become holy vessels after been cleansed then you can get blessings. Accordingly, she pioneered the system of Repent Sackcloth based on teachings from the Holy Bible, the Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus Christ as the mediator. The mission is to free up the children of God all over the world from the sin and release the captives from the darkness, break through all the difficulties of life, enter the beautiful land with great harvest and abundance, restore the glorious identity of the children of God, and build the body of Jesus Christ.
Seven core values of development:
the Bible, the Holy Spirit, holiness, divine work, divine love, sacred experience to the life, to establish the foundation of truth for the church as well, go back and construct the living stone of the spiritual palace with Jesus Christ as the corner stone.
